For new connection

Dear sir

I contact with Bharat gas service Chakan (m.s.) for booking of new gas connection.

But the concern person told that there is no booking. After that I want to know the time period for new booking but still they also don't know about that.

So plz tell me where i go for booking of new hp gas connection and what is the procedure.
