Force to take tea packet with cylende

Dear sir/madam

I booked a cylender to ur dealer in firozabad (u.p) maruti gas agency C.B.Market.when delivery man come to my home for giving cylender, he forced me for taking 100gm. Tea packet in 35 rupees with every cylender.my wife says that i will not take tea packet then he says that i will not give u delivery of cylender.i m requsting u please look this matter.
