Non delivery of cylinde

Dear sir,

I am a user of bharat gas, but my dealer is never supplying the cylinder on time. I had booked the cylinder on 7/01/10 &today is 27/01/10, even after giving him a reminder 3 times ie on 22/01/10, 24/01/10, &25/01/10. this is the case everytime not once or twice. Kindly help me out of this situation.
