New connection allotment time

Sir

I have applied for new gas connection of Bharat Gas from Madhav gas services, Aligarh in start month of Feburary, at that time agency personnals told me that I should be alloted new connection with in 2 months.

But now on followup, they told me it will take 5 months for new connection.

Kindly tell me the right time of allocation of new gas connection
