Not delivered the cylinder after one month of booking

Hi,

i have booked the gas on 5th may 10 and was told that it will be delivered within a week, upto date they are just fooling that it will be delivered, we have not receive at. The Gas agencies is at Bangalore 560016 at K R Puram Rly Station - Sai Gas agencies.

Can any one take action on this.
