Raghu Gas Service Gurgaon, Indane
Misuse of my connection

I have a connection from Raghu Gas Gurgaon. I have ost the original papers and the booking notebook. Raghu Gas people say they cannot issue me duplicate connection and they cannot track my cutomer id (imagine, its a computerized branch). And the only option is to have the connection cancelled. Wher should I complain about them. I feel they are misusing my connection for balck marketing cylinders.
