Gas Delivery Not in time

i am custemer of Bharat Gas Consumer No 60812 City: pune Agency: Pushpam Gas Agency, Bibvewadi pune, i have two cylenders,

i book our gas reffile requirement in time but we didnt get Gas delivery in time, i registerd Home delivery Service but i didnt get yet it was many times.

so please co-operate me and solve my problem as early as possible.
