Not Provide Second cylinde

I am a Pune India customer of Bharat Gas.

Initially I have taken single Gas connection of Bhart Gas.

But now difficult to manage with single connection so I tried to get one more cylinder to get uninterrupted service.

But from last 3 year there is no such facility in our agency.

Due to this I am facing lost of troble.
