Delay in delivery of lpg refill

I am sarvjit singh consumer of sukhmani bharat gas agency at fatehabad. my consumer no is 7190.last time i received refill on 08-12-10 after that i booked for refill on 03-01-11 but yet i have not received the refiil of cylender 18-01-11..i went to bhart gas dealer (sukhmani gas agency fatehabad) for asking delay in refilling they treated me very rudly .thier behavior is so wild i can not expain.they abused me .their behaviour is inappropriate to what is expected from a company like u .your staff behaves in such a manner like wild animals...
