Black Marketing & High level of delay in refelling

Dear Sir

I am consumer Mr Kanubhai A Shah consumer no N0282 extremely frustrated with the amount of pain & stress that i have to go through every time i have to refill my Gas cylinder.

To give you a back ground the our current Gas agennt id Neral Gas service. Tnere is is no seprate gas agency for Matheran which i believe have more than 5000 customer...

For consumers in Matheran there is no home delivery of gas you have to carry the cylinder yourself or hire acollie to dosoevery time you need a replacment. The collie charges Rs 40 per trip.

The agency black markets more than 80% of the cylinder meant for retail use to Hoteliers & others pepole

They Gas refill is at their own whims & fancies and there is no proper number system followed . they will not give you a specfic date when you can collect you Gas once you book.

You spend additonal more than Rs 100 every time you need a refill.. This is the last thing consmer would want to get pintched with where Gas cylinder charges are sky rocketing ..

May i request your intervention and put a process in place that is in best intrest of consumer ..
