Sir i am a consumer of BHARAT GAS, my consumer No is-8395, my agency name is BALAJI GAS AGENCY, THONDI, they sap code is-113434.i made a web booking on 10/02 booking ref No is-6547166. until today (20/03) i didn't get the refill, several time i spoke to the agency and the plant manager, but they are not ready to solve my problem, and i made a 2 online complaint also on their web site.the complaint No is-125175 on 12/03 and another complaint No is 125363 on 14/03 still today no reply from them.so what i have to do, and where to talk please help me.
