Problem for getting new connection

I am trying to get new gas connection with Bharat Gas (Harikrishna enterprises), ITI layout bangalore.

Already 40days completed, still I did get any positive response. I have all the documents which were asked by the them.

I visited their office 5 times in last 40 days. Every time I getting new reason.
