LEAKAGE OF LPG's cylinde

Sir,

on 10.11.11, at about 1.30pm, lunch time i yet to receive a lpg gas cylinder from the delivery man of dhaniakhali bharat gas appliance hooghly, west bengal, which cash memo no/bill no.-12306 dt 27.10. was very much defective, gas come out from the nob of the cylinder, it very much risk at my home.

please take necessary action as early as possible.
