Dear sir,

I am a consumer of LPG Gas from Bharat petroleum Agent name is Surya gas service, Jhansi.

I booked the cylinder on 12/01 and the agent assured to supply cylinder after a day but still i have not got my gas cylinder. This problem i face every time whenever i book my cylinder and whenever the hawker come to deliver the cylinder after when i make a complaint in D.M cntrol room in past they ask me for the extra money on each delivery

The agent swithced

off all his phone no., so i am not able to contact them even. when i contact customer

complaint cell of BP, they convyence me instead of taking action against them. Please launch

a complaint against the dealer.
