Rude behabiour and gas refill problem

Sir, i am customer of Vinay gas service, shikohabad, Firozabad, U.P. My agency owner and worker is rude. They qurrel always .they do not want give gas refill easily. They take mininum 60 to 70 days to give gas refill. Please help... My consumer no. V8992 AND name is sanjay babu.
