Not delivery of cylinde

I have a gas connection of bharat gas (agency: SANTOSHI GAS SERVICE code: 113589) my connection no: 5453. i have booked on 03 may till date i have not recived my booking, today when i am checking in my profile it is showing delivered on 11 may. but i have not recivered it yet. normally it takes more than one week to delivered same incident happened few months back too but i take it lightly but they has made the routine and this time i will not let them escape.

I request bharat gas agency to take action against santoshi gas service (shakurpur, delhi) code 113589. i am also reporting the matter to higher authority too
