Delayed gas distribution

Hi

I m a resident of Dombivili (Thane). We here are facing a major problem regarding LPG cylinders. Out agency name is CHAITANYA GAS SERVICE, DOMBIVILI EAST. people who have booked their cylinders from 3rd january onwards have still not received their orders, our one gas cylinder has been finished and second one is to be finished in 3-4 days, but still we havent received our booking. we have a little baby at home for which we have to prepare time to time meal, hot waters... it is very difficult to manage.

People at the agency are not picking up phone, when we go to their office, we do not get any response from people working there..

We, here at dombivili east are facing a lots of problem, due to this late service. please try to resolve this problem at earliest..
