I have booked a Honda activa with orange auto pvt ltd, situated in towlichowki Hyderabad, with serial no - 8005, dated as on 3rd Nov with delivery time of three months. On 30th Jan I got a call from showroom, to come and take the delivery of the vehicle. Being a religious person, I wanted to take the delivery of the vehicle on Wednesday, to which the executive also agreed. So I went to showroom on 1st feb (wed) to take my vehicle. But my experience at the showroom was horrifying. First I was made to wait for forty minutes, as the sales exe. (madhu reddy) through whom my vehicle was booked was gone for lunch, and upon enquiring I was told by the marketing head (naveen kumar) of the showroom that, only the concerned sales consultant who has booked my vehicle can take forward my booking formalities as they had sales target which they had to achieve. then finally when the sales consultant arrived, to my shock I was told by him that the vehicle would be delivered only the next day of making the payment, but nothing such was mentioned either in the booking form or in the showroom, and even nothing was mentioned as such when I got the delivery call but all that fell on deaf ears. The marketing head said that they have sales audit, so they can’t deliver the vehicle on that day. I was helpless with no one ready to listen to my woes. All my planning of taking the vehicle on an auspicious day was down the drain. And also I was forced to buy accessories from showroom. The marketing head said that it was mandatory to buy the accessories from the showroom. The executives at the showroom were at not any cost not willing to listen to my woes.
