Delayed supply of gas cylender and mis behaviou

I neelam ojha consumer no.10466 of bharat gas, at baba bisvanath bharat gas agency situated at 60 feeta road, sector i, jankipuram, lucknow, u.p. booked my request on 01-august at 14-01pm vide booking no. 206. inspite of several reminders they are not responding, if phone is received deficultly they use absured language.till now gas has not been delivered yet. i m in big problem with my children.please help me. neelam ojha... r/o c-1/384, m i g, sec. g. jankipuram, lucknow. ph. no. 9839988120
