Following is copy of my complaints submitted direct/by fax to the concerned but the responsible government officials opted to remain silent and deprive me of the less paid amount as well as applicable interest on market rate on the capital money plus bonus amount by willful delay and negligence.

This has been reference to our complaint dated 05/02 addressed to the Assistant Postmaster (SOSB), Howrah H.P.O. Howrah-711101 (copy annexed) and our letter seeking Redressal
published in Bartaman Newspaper of 25 th February Pratikar Chai consumer grievances page (page-6) on,
We astonished that no action has been taken yet on this complaint, this resulted us in undue harassment and financial loss, hence, you are requested to arrange to make the refund early and oblige.
Further, since, due to this human error made by the concerned we are facing loss of interest on our Capital amount and Bonus amount thereof, Hence, we hereby request you kindly allow at least normal savings interest on on our Capital amount and Bonus amount from the date of maturity of the respective MIS accounts till this mistake done by the concerned office of your department is resolved.
An early reply is awaited at the address below by physical mail or Fax, to end this undue harassment and deprivation and oblige, also to enable us to finally close the concerned MIS A/Cs.
Your early action may help us to regain our lost faith on postal services and Re-invest in postal schemes.

This refers to your office letter ref. no. nil dated nil signed by your good self on 12/10
(copy attached for your reference) in which you have instructed me/my wife to submit so called excess paid interest Rs.2250/- and 1125/-respectively to Mugkalyan Post office for MIS A/C Nos. 779426 and 779391.
The said MIS Accounts recently matured, and we astonished to realize that we have been deprived of Rs.2250/- and Rs.1125/- by this act of the concerned.
