I am the consumer of Bharat Gas Ltd under the dealership of DESAI & CO. U.B.Hill Dharwad. There is a non-supply of Gas Cylinder and they insist us to book by SMS (SMS Chare is Rs.3/- per sms), even when they can book the cylinders by phone call or by booking at their office is very much available for the consumers.
Further when I call and speak over the phone about the status of my Cylinder the receptionist at their office speaks very rudely in a harsh manner and challenges me to do what ever i want to do (Is this becoz of monopoly of the Desai & Co) and she also speaks in singular words to the customers over phone.
Further if I go to the office personally and complain about the non-delivery of cylinder and also about the behaviour of their office staff. I get the same response which i got from their receptionist.
Why the Bharat gas Company of BPCL appoint such dealers who don't know how to handle the customers and how to talk with the customers which are the basic thing in such dealership.
I am fed up of this kind of behavior of these gas dealers. Do they behave like this only becoz we are depended on them for the refill cyinders for our day to day cooking. They are taking the undue advantage and harrassing us
Plz consider ur dealership to Desai & Co in order to keep the reputation of your Company Bharat Gas
