I hereby bring into your kind notice that our authorize agent of Baharat Petroleum in jawahar colony, New Faridabad is not providing us gas cylinder on time and refuse to book our refill cylinder request by giving the reason that new booking request will be entered only 25 days of from the previous date of receiving the cylinder and delivery within one week, which is not true, as per the information provided customer care department actual period is 21 days after which booking request can be filed. This delay in supply is very inconvenience for us. We have already filed a complaint regarding this matter & complaint no. is 3239283 dt. 08-Feb. So kindly look in the matter and do the needful as per earliest.
