Very Late Delivery of Gas Sylenders

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas & Agenccy is Vijay Gas Agency, Village Badli. I am facing a lot of proble from last 4 months. The Agency peoples are not supplying gas on time. Often we get supply after 25-30 days. but in this month all limits are crossed. I made booking on 13 January via booking ref. 387 & 388. but till date (Feb. 14th) no supply is made by the Agency. If I try to contact through phone the never picks phones. I m very shocked what to do for on time supply of gas.
