I am k.n.reddy residing at maduravoyal, chennai-600095. my bharath gas connection number is:17962. my connection number been attached with banu gas agency.
i have been experiencing MUCH TROUBLES with banu gas agency at every time with regard in delivering the cylender . first of all they will not attend the phone .after much hardship (nearly making phone for 10 to fifteen times) they will take the booking of our order.and they will not give the booking number even we ask for it.and then the real trouble will start.they will inform us a day of delivery.but they never bothers to deliver at the said date.then after we have to make calls every day to get delivery.mean time our gas wil get empty, then we have to go around the hotels with our entire family for our daily food.inspite of explaining all of our troubls to banu gas agency they do not have any curtecy/humanity to bother about it.they will deliver the gas a week or ten days so after expiring the sheduled date (which they themself set).we been forced to be at their mercy.we are facing such troubles at every delivery.i took this problem to hiher-ups for couple of times over the phone.but i don't think any proper action was taken by them.only the answer from them is "ok sir, we look in to that", thats all.
to avoid all this problems i registered my self in "ebharathgas" at the end of march.since then i started booking on line with help of 'ebharathgas' site.
i think no action was taken on my complaints by the higher ups in this regard.nothing has changed in the attitude of this agency.you can understand this by seeing the deliver histiory of my gas.every time they are making delay in delivering of my gas.
now i have booked my gas on dt 21/05.my booking reference number is'9105360'.but till now they have not delivered my gas.i along with my whole family suffering a lot with out cooking gas. every time we are undergoing this mental agony which should have been avoided by this people.
hence i reuest to look in to my problem and take apropriate steps and see that my gas should delivered forthwith.
