Not received cylinder-poor service

Sir,

I regret to say this that i have registered gas refill on 3/01 in basaveshawara nagar branch. But till today i have not received the same. Same thing is happening for three years .they are not supplying properly even though i have only one gas cylinder. I need to maintain with the single one.

everytime they say same thing that stock not arrived.so, they are out of stock and we cannot supply.say Complaint whomver you want.

I would request you to take serious action against this. I cannot tolerate anymore.we totally tired with your improper service, delayed, irresponsible service.
