Non receipt of filled gas cylider afer proper billing

I had booked for filled gas cylinder on 20.09.2010. I have reliably came to know that the agency had billed my intend before 10 days for supply of the gas cylinder but till date cylinder has not yet supplied to me till date.

Hence i request to enquire in the matter and action accordingly.
