I am a customer of HAILY MANDI GAS SERVICE bharat gas distributor, cc no. 135280 PATAUDI ROAD HAILY MANDI .I got my copy booked on 08-09 with sr. no. 29 .delivery date was 16-09 but they have not delivered it till 07-10 .i approached them many time but they always say tommorrow we will deliver and talk in very rude behavior.their auto deriver say if u pay 100 rupees to us u will get your cylinder today only.distributor is involved in it they sell cylinder in black.
