No delivery of gas even after date is due

Sir, i have booked my cylinder on dated11-10-10 vide no 3827.my consumer no is 5384.davinder singh.butup till now at the time of writing this complaint they have not deliverd me gas cylinder.as it is approximately 46to go. they have delivered me last cylinder on7-10-10.
