Job card no. JC10022637 of POPULAR MARUTI SERVICES
I gave my car for scheduled servicing to Popular Maruti service station in Trivandrum, Kerala. Though they have taken full charge for servicing but I don't think they have have done even 50% of the job and it was not cleaned and washed. Moreover, some technical problems in the car that I have told them to repair was not done. When I asked for explanation, they said, "we have shortage of manpower."
When I took my car again to their service station (Job card No. JC10023474) after one week, they didn't have spare parts to resolve my problems. when I told them to wash my car, they said, "we don't have time now, you can keep your car here overnight or come later.
Only name is POPULAR, services are NOTORIOUS.
So, check your car before paying the bill.
