Non delivery of LPG cylinde

I had booked for refil of LPG cylinder with Madam Enterprises - a domestic gas agent of Bharat Petroleum, on 5th Dec vide booking no 2564. they assured that the gas will be supplied in ten days.

the gas has not been supplied till date and they are taking any call.
