It is a disgrace to be a customer who does not have any authority to stand up for his rights in situations where the staff at the petrolpump in Mahavir Nagar on link road Kandivli West start abusing you just to get the queue moving. Moreover the owner of the place also came and used abusive language. I dont want to use the words here in this complaint in fear of moderation and my complaint going in waste. I would like to use the consumer forum to try to get the rude and abusive staff and owners to realize their mistake and pay for it. Customers need to be treated with respect, and abusing the customer is a big NO even in the worst of situations. It is extremely embarrassing to be in the premises of the petrol pump with the owner and the supervisor abusing you to glory. Please help in getting the bad attitude of the staff addressed with the intention to empower the customer to stand up against wrong even in front of the bullying owners.
Incident happened on 19th February at 2:45pm. I have a bill with the timestamp and 2 evidences to prove the disgraceful behavior that I was exposed to.
