Not reciving gass within time

Dear sir

im customer of bharat gass my customer id is 17509 since i get connection frm amer jwala gass servise i culd not recive gass home delivery with in time i hv made booking befour 15 day but til yet im unable to recive gass frm agency . meny time i call but either they not attend phone or they will not answer of resion of late . lost month i made complain to mr. YADVENDRA CHANDEL i donot know what post he hole in bhrat gass morketing servise. but i could not found any chang inthis month i booked my gass 15 days back but unable to recived gass
