Not supply to refill cylinde

Sir,

With due regards I beg to submit that I have a Indian Gas connection no. 3207 with Indian Gas Agency, Bijnor, Distt. Bijnor (U.P.). I booked my LPG refilling request on 07.02.2010 and requested the agency personally and on telephone to provide me a refill cylinder but I am sorry to say that till date I have not received the refill.

The Riksha Hawker supplying Gas cylinder in the locality asked me to pay Rs.330.00 for a refill. Kindly see to it so that the common man may not suffer like this and yours esteem customers may get the refill in time.
