Not Delivery of Consignment

Dear Sir,

We have sent one parcel through Blaze Flash Courier Company on 13-6 but till date it is not delivered to the consignee. The consignment no. is 222418220. The parcel has to deliver within mumbai but it has taken more than 9 days. This parcel is very important and urgent for us as it contains original documents. Please take a needful action to get our consignment back.
