Late delivery and bad excuses

I had sent a document via blue dart on the 3rd of april. as it was urgent they assured me it wud reach the next day. the destination was a government office. I expected, since they insist on a mobile no. for prompt, for them to atleast make a phone call on one of the 4 phone no.s provided to inform us abt the delay in delivery or atleast a note saying tht they had come. since nothing was made i called there automatic tracking service which informed me tht no details were available. on contacting the helpline i was connected to a rather rude Mr. Kartikeyan who proceeded to tell me that they had access to the even the central govt offices in the country and it couldnt happen that they were denied. at which point i told him that his records say that they were turned back. he says they couldnt inform us about it as the persons in the field dont have a phone to call customers and when they return back to the main office at 7pm it is too late to inform the customers about the delay. the next two days being holidays were wasted too. i was so put off by his tone bordering on arrogance and there lack of any responsibility. i must say even though am in indian and we are known for our hospitality - we make the worst customer service ''executives'' the world over. i knw theres no point complainting - we are damned with bad service without them and damned with them too.
