Hi,
I was expecting a courier from Blue Dart (WayBill no : 13182957756) today (6th June) and the website itself said that it was to be delivered by today. I had also recieved a response to my mail from Blue Dart at 11:30 AM in the morning which stated that the packet was already out for delivery.
I did not recieve the packet today and the people at the helpdesk do not have any status updates whatsoever. It took me around 5-7 tries at the helpline number to actually reach an executive which anyway did not help. I wish to get it to the notice of this renowned courier service's officials and would also seek an explanation about the disappointing service that i have recieved.
At times things are important for u and must be delivered in the mentioned time frame.
