I have sent a Courier by Blue Dart (Airway Bill No. 12264583855) from Bangalore to Silchar on the 15th of November. Even after 10 days when I found that the courier was not delivered, I found the following update:

Status: Out Of Delivery Area
Contact Customer Service
On contacting Customer Care in Silchar, they just coolly refused to do anything about the delivery saying the address of delivery (which is within 10 km of the Bluedat office) is out of delivery area.
Blue Dart takes 3 to 4 times more than India Post and doesn't want to provide services.
I think this is pathetic service and I should be compensated and those lazy employees be sacked.
