I have gas connection in my name with P.Usharani, Chennai (Consumer No.36500). Whenever we are trying to book on phone, they are not picking up at all. I have to personally visit the Agency to book the refill delivery. I am also facing delay in deliveries even more than 20 days from the date of booking. But they said only after 10 days it will come.
