Dear Sir,

I booked a new i10 (sportz) car from BMS express hyundai, velachery branch. While i was booking my car they promised me some free accessories like mats, seat cover (PU) body cover, reverse sensor, remote lock etc.i got my car from the above mentioned dealer 40 days back, while delivery they put some parts (instead of PU seat cover they put fabric seat cover) and reminding accessories they said stocks are not avialbale and requested me to wait for 1 week. After 1 week i called Mr. Murugan (8056077728) who was my sales co-ordinate, he told that the accessory incharge is on leave, so he requested me to wait for another 1 week. he didn't call back till yesyerday. then i contacted him, he didn't pickup my call. Then I contacted Mr. Dinesh who is his team leader and asking about this. but he was stating that this accesories are not possible to put now.

This kind of service will bring bad name and opinion to ur company. One of my friend who interested and planning to buy a hyundai i10 but i didn't suggest him to go for express hyundai due to this bad service.

Its my humble request to check with this issue and close it.
