Ad paint job on a brand new bmw

Within three months of me buying a brand new 523i my car has been to the service station twice... first time they had to change the faulty suspensions, tune engine, remove water marks from paint by rubbing... Now within a month of getting it back the water marks have reappeared, the dealer is saying these marks are permanent on paint and they just temporarily go when they polish the car... The dealer says they might have been there before i took the delivery and not visible then as it was just polished before the delivery... Wether they came at the dealers place or at mine, there is no reason that a brand new car get such water droplet marks... When the company representative checked it the first thing he said that it is looking like a very old car... This is when i am getting it cleaned everyday... Now they say that they would mechanically remove a thin coat of paint and then repaint the car... This is rediculous why should i accept my new car to be repainted... If there is something wrong with the car they should change it or else say that the consumer have done somthing wrong... Its like i had been handed over a lemon... Tried contacting BMW india they just forward my mails to the dealer and never bother to reply and answer me directly...
