Unprofessional services and cheating by dealer PILLAI SONS MOTOR COMPANY-M C ROAD, Thanjavur.
A booking for Maruti Swift Dezire was done by the undersigned vide Booking Order No.%%%%%dtd: April with M/s PILLAI SONS MOTOR COMPANY-M C ROAD, Thanjavur. alongwith the Current check for Booking amount of Rs. 25, 000/-. An assurance was given by the sales representative of M/s PILLAI SONS MOTOR COMPANY that the car will be supplied within 6 months from the date of booking, accordingly, after that I want to know / confirm the amount has been recieved or not. I spoke with divisional manager (he told his name is Mr. Mahendren), he told, he will confirm with their account person and come back to us. Last one week, repeately I called him but the answer is same- he will check with his team- yet he is not reply. At the same time, In my bank has been detected the amount of Rs. 25000/-.Now I have felt, they are cheeting me and they are try to make it delivery time is further delay.
The above action on the part of M/s PILLAI SONS MOTOR COMPANY is highly objectionable and discourteous and defaming the Company like Maruti Udhyog. Till this treatment I am a new customer of Maruti and now I feel dejected after this treatment. I understand that Maruti Udhyog is highly customer oriented and with this complaint an early action will be taken and also action be initiated against the dealer or whoever responsible of sales division.
