Stopped me bording the flight

Hi

I am currently living in Berlin, when I came to India by British airways, I did not any problem, but while taking the return flight to berlin, te officials at British airways counter stopped me and they told I will get not used trip money back, but it happened in may and its August now, they are not responding properly. I would suggest to not to use their service anymore. I lost 40000 rupees because of them.
