I am writing this ESCALATION e-mail because your dealer Sri NathJi Motors, Ghaziabad (Opp. Waves Cinema, Kaushambi) has bothered me a lot. I called to this dealer regarding the booking of "Indica Xeta glx" in Arctic Silver colour. There was a staff member named Amit Singh who received my call and i told him my requirements for the same and he told me that he will call me after some time to confirm the same, He called me later and said that he had confirmed from PUNE Manufacturing concern of TATA MOTORS where above car is manufacturing that "Indica Xeta glx" in Arctic Silver colour is available and would be delivered to me by 06/06 as these were my only requirements which i told him very clearly before making the booking of the car and confirmed it many times from him.
Amit assured me that there won't be any problem in delivery of the car on particular date as he has confirmed it from Pune. Than i told him if it is so, i am ready to get this car booked with the Discount scheme of Rs.35, 000, He than assured me that i need to book this car before month end so that he can hold and book this discount scheme form TATA MOTORS on this car for me as in next month of June he is not sure about the scheme so as per him i told Amit Singh to visit my house and he came with Ankush and I gave him booking amt. Rs.10, 000 and Hold & Booked the above mentioned Discount Scheme for one car "Indica Xeta glx" in Arctic Silver colour on 27/05 and he get some documents signed from me and gave me the receipt for the same. Then Amit told me that i needed to give them some more money around Rs. 50, 000 so that they can book the car and I can get the delivery of this car on 06th june.
After that all the Loan regarding formalities were taken care of by him and i had given him all the documents which are required for the loan of Rs. 250, 000.00 as per Amit. As rest of the amt. i would have given in Cash. Than on Next Sunday 29th June i made payment of Rs.40, 000 in cash to Sri NathJi Motors, Ghaziabad by going there myself on Sri NathJi Motors, Ghaziabad. And asked them time and again about the above mentioned requirements and executives there kept on saying that not to worry i will get my car on time as promised by them.
After that there were no follow-ups from them whereas i kept on calling to the executives either Amit or Ankush around 3 times per day and they always told me that not to worry as "Indica Xeta glx" in Arctic Silver colour car has been loaded in the Truck and moved from PUNE and is on the way and again reiterated the same thing that not to worry i will get my car on time as promised by them, even till 4th June they reiterated the same thing.
Then on 5th June it was Saturday and i again called Amit and he told me that on Saturday they had holiday so he will be able to tell me the current status of the car on Sunday only that till where is the Car has reached as he always said to me that car is on the way and because i was totally confused that Pune is not so far that after loading of the car it is taking more than a week to reach here in Ghaziabad.
And My family and me were very happy that we will be getting our car on Monday 06th June but when i called on Sunday the whole Scene was changed. They told me that "Indica Xeta glx" in Arctic Silver colour is not available, I was totally shocked and when i raised them this question that why it happened so, even after my continuous follow-ups they told me lots of lame excuses which were hard to believe. As one of them was that "Indica Xeta glx" in Arctic Silver colour was not available in PUNE Manufacturing concern of TATA MOTORS. On this i asked them that then why did they told me that "Indica Xeta glx" in Arctic Silver colour car has been loaded in the Truck and moved from PUNE and is on the way if it was not the reality, why did they bluff me, On this Amit Singh replied that he can not comment any more on this and my issue has been raised in front of GM (Sanjeev K gulati) of Sri NathJi Motors, Ghaziabad and he will call me back as soon as possible.
He never called me but again I called Amit and took Sanjeev's phone# from him. I called Sanjeev and discussed above situation with him over the Phone, he told me that he was not aware of the situation but it only happened due to Closing of the Month. Although I didn't get this lame excuse again as why did not he confirmed himself form Pune and asked him so now what is the status of the car? He told me that he has confirmed from Pune that Car is Available with Arctic Silver Colour and if it is Loaded by Monday I would get the car By 12th June But he will call me again to confirm the same. But Again the same issue he did not call me and I called him on Monday than he sent me SMS that he was busy and will tell me the status after 1 Hour. But he did not call and any of the team member Named Dharmendra Called me and told me that Sanjeev K gulati has told him to tell me that Arctic Silver Colour will not be available and if I want to buy this car then only 2 colours are available White and Orange.
However I have confirmed with customer care guys and they told me that they have the same colour with them in their plant.
And on this I called Amit and asked him that I need my Rs. 50, 000.00 Back. He told me that this money only be returned after deduction of Rs.2, 000.00.
What is this happening on TATA MOTORS with a genuine customer after all of this happened to me I can not get Car with my requirements even after Promised and I still need to get Rs. 2, 000.00 deducted for the fault of the Dealer and his Team members
