On (24/12 I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership INDIGO CS –LX IVORY CLASSIC COLOR CAR NO -JH 01 AK 0414. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because, it is leaking oil from the engine. Within three month I face Break down problem. Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there again I faced A/C Problem twice they changed condenser but still there is problem . during A/C problem I asked to check the wheel alignment because of alignment problem I totally lost my two tyre. When I asked for replacement they denied to replace for this I spoken to manager of Basu dev motor manager of Basudev motor work shop & also Mr.mukherjee who is taking care of TATA MOTORS (BIHAR & JHARKHAND) but they are not helping on this
I would appreciate it if you could organize to have the problem fixed within 7 days.
As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the
Inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not
Satisfactorily resolved by (30/10), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.
