I PURCHASED AN INDIGO MANZA ABS AURA ON 30TH JUNE. THE DEALER, HIM MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED, DELIVERED ME THE VEHICLE WITH TECHNICAL FAULTS. WHEN REPORTED THEY TAKEN THE FAULTY VEHICLE BACK AND DELIVERED A NEW VEHICLE TO ME ON 5TH JULY. EVEN THE NEWELY DELIVERED VEHICLE HAS TECHNICAL FAULTS. THE DIS SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING AND WHEEL ALIGHMENT IS NOT PROPER. IT IS BEEN A MONTH, WE ARE REGULARLY FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM BUT NO ONE IS READY TO LISTEN TO MY GRIVANCES. THEY STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS NOW. I WROTE EMAILS TO TATA MOTORS DIRECTLY SO MANY TIME AND NO STEPS HAS BEEN TAKEN TO RECTIFY THE TECHNICAL FAULTS IN THE VEHICL EVEN BY TATA MOTORS TILL NOW. I REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO NOW AND WHAT TO DO. I CHOSEN A IRRESPONSIBLE DEALER AND A CAR MAKER.
