I have purchased the vehicle Tata Indigo marina CG-07-8015 on 30th Aug. In April the water pump stopped working resulted over heating & Tata Motors Dealer National Garage Bhilai Branch had repaired the vehicle by replacing water pump & Head-Gasket etc. And charged me Rs 5500.

Again In Nov the vehicles heater stops working & National Garage Bhilai Branch tried to repair the same in my place & after fail they took my vehicle by towing to the Garage. (Please Note My vehicle running is under 10, 000 KMS). And after 4 to 5 days they informed me that ECU (Electronic Control Unit) is faulty due to which it shows Check Engine Repeatedly & needs replacement.

I requested them to refer the matter to Tata Motors for free replacement. On 12-12, I am informed that Tata Motors Official Visited & has Accepted The Replacement of ECU (Electronic Control Unit) on 50-50 share. I failed to understand why this 50 % share is offered from such a big company insted of accepting total free replacement of ECU (Electronic Control Unit)

Please Look in to the matter & arrange the free replacement of ECU without any labor charges in view of customer satisfaction. As I have already suffered for One Month and still my vehicle is not ready till date.
