Customer cheating by selling faulty vehical and unreliable customer service

I bought a new car (Tata Indica Vista Saffire) from B U Bhandari Dealership in Pune Maharastra in March.

Within first month of purchase the car started giving "Engine/Maintainance Reqd" signal & stopped abruptly multiple times in road traffic. With extreme frustration, embarrancement and huge amount of my time, I had to slowly bring the car home and call Tata Motors Emergency Services next day. B U Bhandari service dept towed away the car to their service shop in Wakad without issuing any receipt of the car or any other document (on MOn 5 April). When the same was reported to Tata Motors Customer Care, they also surprised with the new car's breaking down and with the suspicious way B U Bhandary Dealership took away the car. After this, when contacted the dealership sales person or service dept, we received no clear response on what's happening to our car. When requested to either refund our money or replace the car, the dealership declined to do so with typical answer "the car is already registered". On the contrary, we have not yet received our Registration document (with reponse from dealer "the car is pending registration at local RTO).

This is really a frustrating experience. We have been cheated by the B U Bhandari dealership.
