Vehilcle no. HR 25 D 0028. This vehicle has been regular;y serviced by MGF Toyota at their service centre since purchase. Over the past 3 yrs I find that their charges have been going up and their standard of service coming down. Numerous phone calls and complaints to section heads etc seem to fall on deaf ears and ever time the vehicle goes to them it come back in worse shape. Recent episode being just now where they kep the vehicle for two days, gave a fat bill for Rs. 18, 000 /- plus and while the vehicle was being driven the next day it almost burst into flames as it seems the mechanics had not bothered to check the water in the radiator and had sealed a crack in the radiator with soap and sent the vehicle back from the work shop. When the car burst into smoke, we called the car help line whose mechanics came to fix the problem and advised us that the radiator was what caused this and soap had been used by the mgf people sort this out.

Is this not gross negligence and cheating that deserves to be investigated and set right. this is not the first incident when mgf toyota/capital vehicles has sought to short change its customers by sub standard services and over charging.
