Malpractice during fueling petrol in bike

I went to Indian oil corporation dealer- kanmani service station situated at 1 Sydenhams road, choolai, chennai-112 to fuel my hero Honda passion pro with petrol for INR 200. My dad was along with me. The receipt number is 5288 dated 19/March.

The time was around 10.30 hrs. During fuelling my tank the person stopped the pump in between for which I asked the reason at the end.

The cashier R.Sekar gave a very offending reply to my query. His response was that this is how they work. When i further asked he replied saying that " in other petrol station they don't do because they don't do malpractice. We do because we can really loot petrol around 1 litre from customers".

His tone was very awkward and made me feel as if I was a beggar standing over there. It killed my prestige.

I was unable to find manager over there. When i narrated the entire issue to Mr Senthil who addressed himself as supervisor, he started shouting and blaming on me.

I am really not happy with the response. I am sure I am exploited. This is not how petrol service stations should work offending the dignity of
