This is to bring to your notice the completely unprofessional attitude of Caravan Packers and Movers. I had sent my car through them. After picking up the car from my place, their drivers drove it in Mumbai for 2 days. I was promised delivery of the car in 5 days, but finally the car was delivered to me in 8 days. For 2 full days I was regularly calling them and they kept promising that it would be delivered in 1 hour. After it finally arrived 3 days late, I saw that the car was driven more than 150 kms than the stipulated amount and they had left the car with a empty tank (more than 20 litres consumed). After enquiring I came to know that for full 2 days they had driven the car around in Mumbai and thus the delay and extra kms.
Anuj Jain and Anil Sharma their Bombay contacts took me through a ride and then mentioned that I can take a hike and I cannot do anything against them.
BLOODY CHEATS. WILL STRONGLY ADVICE TO AVOID THEM AT ANY COST OR BE PREPARED TO BE FLEECED
